Central Control Center

The heart of the Rettungsdienstzweckverband is the central control center, which is part of the office. It is manned around the clock and receives all requests for assistance, coordinates the necessary measures and controls the deployment of rescue resources. In addition, it performs fire protection, general assistance and disaster control tasks.

In order to carry out its many tasks, the central control station is staffed not only by the director but also by system administrators and, as dispatchers, well-trained Emergency Paramedic and personnel with a degree in intermediate fire department technology.
